On this device

Homes, detector notes, test dates, chirp reasons, ceiling photos, battery photos, and voice notes are stored on the device. Dwelqx does not run an account system and does not upload those notes to a Dwelqx server.

Deleting a detector, a home, or the app removes the notes stored with it on that device.

Camera, photos, and microphone

The camera and photo library are used only when you add or change a ceiling photo or a battery photo. The microphone is used only when you record a voice note. A voice note is kept as audio. It is not transcribed.

Reminders

If you turn on a monthly test reminder or a quiet reminder, the app schedules a local notification on the device. You can turn these off in the app.

Purchases

Coin purchases are handled by Apple. Dwelqx does not receive your payment card details.

Tracking

The app may ask for permission to track. You can decline. Declining does not turn off homes, detectors, photos, voice notes, or reminders.
